- ➤ A severe winter storm warning is in effect from 7:00 a.m. today to 6:00 p.m. Monday for southeast Pennsylvania, with 10-16 inches of snow and gusts up to 40 mph expected to create hazardous travel. Residents should have emergency supplies ready + plan for delays. WFMZ
