- ➤ KidsPeace and LCCC launched a Mental Health Technician Training Academy to help students learn skills in children’s mental health care at KidsPeace’s Orchard Hills Campus in Orefield. The program includes classroom instruction, simulation labs, and job-shadowing (offering direct career paths) and will give graduates preferred candidacy for MHT roles. WFMZ
- ➤ Bethlehem Area School District announced Superintendent Jack Silva will retire at the end of the school year, effective July 1. Silva, who devoted 40 years to public education + 3 years as superintendent, will lead the district until June 30 as the board begins its search for a successor. WFMZ
