  • Community organizers hosted a pop-up pantry event that provided free pet food for local pet owners in need in Bethlehem today.  WFMZ

BUSINESS NEWS

  • OraSure Technologies posted a 29% revenue drop in Q4 2025 to $26.8 million and a 38% decline in full-year core revenue in Bethlehem. CEO Carrie Eglinton Manner said the company sees market stabilization and projects Q1 revenue of $26-29 million plus shares closed near $2.80 on Nasdaq.  WFMZ

CULTURE NEWS

  • Since its start in fall 2024, the Japanese Student Association at Lehigh has grown from seven to over 130 members and hosted a popular Maid Cafe on campus. The club plans a White Day celebration to further share Japanese culture.  The Brown and White
  • ArtsQuest hosted its first Create & Connect art workshop for adults 50 and older at SteelStacks on Feb. 18, offering a hands-on session focused on stress relief and community connection; additional sessions are scheduled for March and April.  The Brown and White

  • Student Senate XXVIII sent a resolution—titled 'A Resolution Supporting The Belonging, Safety, and Championship of Students of Color on Campus'—to address racist remarks from this past weekend and recent hoax emails while urging university leaders to work on solutions that strengthen campus life.  The Brown and White

REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • An $875,000 grant will fund the demolition of the shuttered SureStay Hotel at 300 Gateway Drive (Hanover Township) to clear the way for a planned 250,000 sqft industrial building. The project is part of PA SITES, a state program that supports business growth.  Lehigh Valley Live
