  • Uncle Aldo’s held its soft opening on April 13 at 400 Broadway in south Bethlehem—reopening the former Pete’s Hot Dog Shop site where the local eatery served for over eighty years—and now serves Italian-style hot dogs, sausage sandwiches and fresh-cut potatoes on fresh rolls baked daily from Newark; the family-run restaurant plans to adjust its hours as it learns the tastes of the neighborhood.  WFMZ

  • Hundreds of people turned out on Saturday in front of Congressman Mackenzie's office in Macungie to protest policies they say hurt college students and small business owners. State Rep.
