- ➤ Bethlehem man Adam Erdman (34) was charged on April 17 with three counts of possessing AI-generated child abuse images and one count of criminal use of a communication facility after his estranged wife discovered altered vacation photos on his computer, and he posted $100,000 bail with a preliminary hearing set for May 28 under a new law banning AI-edited depictions of minors. - ➤ More than 100 state police troopers and municipal officers are set to join a two-day training and enforcement program — Operation Nighthawk — that will use classroom lessons and roving DUI patrols to reduce impaired driving in Bucks, Lehigh and Northampton counties this weekend.
