  • Twelve-year-old Jayden Edwards collected 177 footballs on Saquon Barkley Day to donate to the local Olivet Boys and Girls Clubs—well above his goal of 75—and he already donated many with another batch scheduled for next week.  WFMZ
  • After a 20-year closure, the 1782/1834 Grist Miller's House reopens for tours by Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites — a project that restored its roof, windows and garden — and hosts a free open house today from 1-4 p.m. A ribbon-cutting celebrated the new garden — an effort supported by local partners — as groups plan further restorations to preserve Bethlehem's history.  Lehigh Valley News

  • Singer Lukas Nelson, son of country music legend Willie Nelson, will perform a solo show at Archer Music Hall in Allentown at 7 p.m. on July 18 with up-and-coming Texas country singer Payton Howie opening the night; tickets went on sale yesterday at 10 a.m. at the Archer website and box office at 939 Hamilton St. — prices range from $41.05 to $105.50.  WLVR

  • Tom Shortell spoke with 91.3 WLVR host Megan Frank on April 25 about his series The Road Ahead, which examines traffic issues and local concerns in the Lehigh Valley. Bethlehem Police Lt. Will Audelo stressed the need for better driver education—highlighting plans to improve safety on crowded intersections.  WLVR

  • The Moravian Academy boys lacrosse team pulled away from Northampton on April 24 by scoring seven times in the second quarter to win 15–5 and improve their record to 7-4. The team will host Southern Lehigh at 4 p.m. on Tuesday as it continues to compete in the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference.  Lehigh Valley Live
  • Lehigh Country Club will host the inaugural Jefferson Lehigh Valley Classic for top 50-and-over golfers from Sept. 28 to Oct. 4, 2026. The event will replace the Constellation Furyk and Friends tournament + is expected to give the local economy a $50 million boost while benefiting Valley Youth House and the Eagles Autism Foundation.  Lehigh Valley Live
