Good morning, Bethlehem.

Today, Bethlehem teen Jace Pooley, 16, who recently wrote for Pediatrics about his autism experiences, is leading the First Annual Autism Community Walk at Saucon Park beginning at 1 p.m. The two-hour event covers a 0.6-mile route and is hosted by Magellan Behavioral Health—promoting greater awareness and acceptance for nonspeaking autistic youth.

Residents gathered in Bethlehem for the first-ever Autism Community Walk to support national autism awareness month—local leaders said the event united community members in a historic effort to increase autism understanding.
