- ➤ Easton-based nonprofit Bloom for Women received the 2026 Ed Stout Memorial Award for Outstanding Victim Advocacy on April 21 in the nation’s capital. CEO Carol Andersen said the honor boosts awareness of the organization’s work for survivors. Bethlehem Press
- ➤ Bethlehem’s Mayor’s South Side Task Force released the 40 in 10 Final Report online on April 28. The report details planned upgrades at three parks, and the city will host a Bernie Fritz Pop-up Night at the park from 6 to 8 p.m. on July 29 for public feedback. Bethlehem Press
- ➤ River Crossing YMCA and United Way have partnered with the City to expand services at the planned Southside Community Center in South Bethlehem. - ➤ For the 16th year, ArtsQuest will transform the ArtsQuest Campus at SteelStacks into a living memorial honoring hometown heroes from May 22 to July 6.
