- ➤ Bethlehem City Council approved a resolution on Wednesday night that directs city employees to apply for more than $9 million in state grants to support LVHN's redevelopment projects at the former Martin Tower site along Eighth Avenue. The Council also gave final approval to a zoning amendment for parcels at Eighth Avenue and Martin Court requested by DB6 Inc. and DB3 LLC, paving the way for a proposed upscale car wash or restaurant.
