- ➤ Chevel Marc Jean-Jacque, a 36-year-old Phillipsburg man, is charged with felony aggravated assault after he allegedly stabbed an Allentown man in the parking lot of a Hanover Township restaurant on May 17—police say the victim suffered a punctured lung and is now in stable condition while Jean-Jacque is held with bail set at $75,000.
