The event also awarded volunteer leader Anne Evans the Star of Bethlehem award, recognized Community Action Development for its work amid federal funding cuts, and celebrated milestone anniversaries for several local businesses. - ➤ Xiaomin Fei, 34, of Nazareth was arrested Tuesday night in Palmer Township after allegedly killing his in-laws at their community for people over 55—authorities said he bought the revolver less than 24 hours before the shooting while his wife and two sons remained unharmed. WLVR

- ➤ Bethlehem City Council approved a half-million-dollar state grant for the century-old Goodman Building at 30 E. Third St. to help finish its renovation into a restaurant, commercial space and apartments.
