- ➤ Local gamers waited up to 90 minutes at a Lower Nazareth Target and a Whitehall Township GameStop to buy Nintendo’s new Switch 2 on Thursday, as stores had fewer than 100 consoles in stock. - ➤ Bethlehem police arrested Jose Martin Lopez (30) after he barricaded himself inside a home on Thursday in the 900 block of N. New St. following a domestic incident in which he strangled his girlfriend, chased her outside with a rifle and threatened to kill her, and he surrendered just before 4 p.m. WFMZ
- ➤ A local gang member, 28 year old Yzire Jenkins Rowe, pleaded guilty to felony murder, felony conspiracy to commit murder and felony arson after he stabbed and burned 18 year old Tyrell Holmes alive outside Parkhurst Apartments in April 2018—he was sentenced to serve between 27½ and 60 years in prison.
