- ➤ Wilson Borough police said a shot was fired Sunday at 5:25 p.m. on Ferry Street during an argument and are now seeking 39-year-old Algee Kendo Corne Macon—accused of felony firearm possession, fleeing police, reckless endangerment and multiple traffic offenses—after he fled in a black BMW SUV; no one was injured. - ➤ Local sister authors Ali and Sofie behind The Tales of Charlie Wags launched Buy a Book, Share an Adventure on June 6 when they donated 1,500 books to For Love & Buttercup—supporting children in hospitals and under-resourced schools.
