Forum in New York City — posting a 44% year-to-date growth that beat clubs from Harvard, Yale and MIT. - ➤ The Pennsylvania House passed a bill to end the Sunday hunting ban with a vote of 131 to 72 and sent it to the Senate for review; if approved, the bill will allow the Game Commission to set hunting dates during the upcoming legislative session (it is identical to the Senate bill introduced by Sen. - ➤ Bethlehem has received $1.45 million from state funds to convert a South Bethlehem apartment building into an 11-unit emergency family shelter with private living spaces. City officials said the funding fills a gap noted in May, allowing design and repair work to begin soon at the West Packer Avenue property donated by a nonprofit — rehabilitation is expected to take about a year.
