- ➤ Local singer Shye Roberts, runner-up on 'The Voice,' performed as grand marshal at the Pride Festival on June 8 and reunited with former contestants during her summer shows in New York. She will headline the Morgan Park Summer Music Festival on July 6 and plans to release her first single in the fall while recording in her Bethlehem studio — highlighting her strong ties to both New York and Bethlehem. - ➤ Antone 'Tony' Pierucci was named executive director of the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor on June 2 — he brings over a decade of leadership in public history and preservation. Shapiro’s administration will change Medicaid guidelines so that weight-loss drugs like Ozempic are covered only for patients meeting new health criteria—this change will go into effect after finalized plans allow at least a month’s notice.
