- ➤ On Thursday, the Bethlehem Planning Commission reviewed a sketch plan for a three-story building at 241 Eighth Ave that would replace an existing structure with six multi-family units and a parking lot; neighbors voiced concerns the project would remove the narrow alley where local children play—an area valued for safe recreation that is different from many two-and-a-half-story homes in the neighborhood.
