- ➤ Rios Brazilian Steakhouse, a beloved family-run restaurant known for its Brazilian churrascaria style, is moving from its 17-year-old Nazareth spot to a larger space at 64 Centre Square in Easton and is expected to open early August. The new location will maintain the same menu and staff while offering roughly 200 seats and an expanded bar area — features that will help serve more customers in the Lehigh Valley. WFMZ

- ➤ Bethlehem’s 38th annual Blueberry Festival is underway at Burnside Plantation as vendors serve blueberry treats like crumb pie and strudel along with live music and family activities. The festival runs today from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.—all proceeds benefit Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites. WFMZ

- ➤ Blast Furnace Blues Fest is on its second day at SteelStacks in Bethlehem — rain did not stop fans from enjoying blues, soul, funk, and jazz. - ➤ An HBO documentary about Billy Joel aired Friday night and is now available to stream, connecting his legendary start in Lehigh Valley — his first headlining act in 1973 at Northampton Borough’s Roxy theater — to his lasting legacy.
