- ➤ Tinto Tapas & Pasta in Fountain Hill has shifted from BYOB to full-service after receiving its liquor license, and owners Giacomo and Victoria Sgroi will hold a ribbon-cutting & grand opening from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, July 31, at 1028 Broadway, where patrons can soon enjoy wines from their own collection with Italian dishes.
