- ➤ Lehigh University generated $1.4 billion for the local economy last year from its South Bethlehem campus, a report by an Idaho-based firm shows + the report is its first economic impact report in more than a decade. Lehigh Valley Live
- ➤ More people work in manufacturing than in transportation in the Lehigh Valley, and workers earn an average of $83,583. - ➤ Forks Township resident Karolina Fedoryszak won permission to keep her rooster and nine hens after she presented her case at a meeting on July 17th, and township supervisors plan to update the rules to allow residents to raise chickens on properties smaller than five acres.
