  • New Bethany Ministries hosted its annual Back-To-School Carnival on Saturday at Nativity Cathedral—where families received backpacks and school supplies, enjoyed food and games, and neighborhood organizations shared resources to help kids get ready for school.  WFMZ

  • Oliver Twist, the nonbinary drag king persona of Olivia Butkiewicz, marked 16 years of performances across the tri-state area and said drag saved their life during tough times—facing fewer bookings than queens and overcoming heavy criticism.   • Liberty High School’s Hurricanes came off their first playoff appearance since 2018 and are now gearing up for the 2025 season.
