Lehigh Dining and the Clayton University Center have launched Clayton’s Kitchen— a ghost kitchen inside the building offering a rotating menu available through the university’s Grubhub app.
The kitchen operates Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and plans to work with local partners to bring new tastes to campus.
🎓 Education
Lehigh will add the new fraternity Pi Kappa Phi in spring 2026 and the group will move into House 97 with recruitment from the start of the spring semester until spring break.
The decision—driven by student votes that valued the fraternity’s robust risk management policy—supports efforts to promote healthy Greek life on campus.
