Swift’s executive chef Brandon Otto won Best Dessert and the restaurant earned Most Elegant Dining Experience while more than 400 community reviews from Sept. 15th to Oct. 15th highlighted the growing appeal of plant-based cuisine in the Lehigh Valley. - ➤ Pa’s Attorney General Dave Sunday joined a bipartisan coalition of 38 Attorneys General asking Congress to redefine hemp to stop unregulated synthetic cannabinoid products from reaching youth. The group said vague language in the 2018 Farm Bill has allowed potent products to appear in stores and online—posing a risk to children. WFMZ

- ➤ A new report from the American Lung Association released on November 5 shows that lung cancer survival in Pennsylvania improved 27% over five years, with patients now having a 31.8% chance of surviving five years after diagnosis.
