- ➤ At ArtsQuest in Bethlehem, the annual S'mac Down event returned with vegan mac'n cheese from seven local restaurants and taste testers set to vote for the best dish. Hilari Stahler of Lehigh Valley Vegan said the event—started in a church basement in 2017—has grown to include dishes like a southwest-style mac'n cheese from Paranormal Pizza and a vegan soul mac'n cheese from Momma Nicca's Homemade Things.
