- ➤ Lehigh Valley manufacturer Smooth-On Inc. in Macungie makes special effects materials used in films like 'Stranger Things,' whose final season releases tomorrow. - ➤ Daniel Weiss, a former president of Lafayette College and past CEO of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, will become CEO and Director of the Philadelphia Art Museum on December 1—he will guide the museum until 2028. He is set to speak about the museum’s role in the community at an event at the Allentown Art Museum on December 11. WFMZ
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Lehigh University is running a survey to learn how local people feel about flooding and drought, and everyone who finishes the 60-question survey by mid-December can win a $20 Amazon gift card. The Climate Resilience Center will use the answers to build a computer model that local officials may use to plan for extreme weather events. Lehigh Valley News
