  • After a fire broke out Saturday night at Fairmont Place Apartments on Maryland Circle in Whitehall Township, the Red Cross is operating an emergency shelter with free food, relief supplies, and emotional support at Whitehall High School (3800 Mechanicsville Road) today for displaced residents.  WLVR
  • A delegation from Bethlehem visited Patillas, Puerto Rico from Dec. 2–8 to strengthen their sister city ties through cultural exchanges and discussions on education, economic development, and tourism. The trip, organized by the Bethlehem–Patillas Sister City Committee, marked a new phase in local partnership initiatives.  Lehigh Valley News
