  • Bethlehem officials helped homeless residents evacuate Norfolk Southern property after a December 15 advisory from the railroad citing safety concerns. The city connected people to housing resources and shelter (with available beds) to support residents like Aaron Hill, who has lived without stable housing for 12 years.  WFMZ

  • Taking Back Sunday is set to headline Musikfest’s Steel Stage (its first Lehigh Valley show in over 20 years) on Aug. 8, with Yellowcard also scheduled to perform; tickets will be available at 10 a.m. Friday at the ArtsQuest box office on Founders Way.  Lehigh Valley News
  • Musikfest has named indie pop band AJR as its sixth headliner for next year's event in Bethlehem. The group will perform on Aug. 9 at the Wind Creek Steel Stage at PNC Plaza during the festival that runs from July 31 through Aug. 9, 2026.  Lehigh Valley Live

  • A new gym in Trexlertown offers indoor classes for kids from 4 months to 12 years to stay active in winter. It opened on Dec. 15 at 6900 Hamilton Blvd. (Unit 29) in Lower Macungie Township and will host a grand opening event on Jan. 3 with special membership offers.  WFMZ
