- ➤ The Lower Saucon Police Department offers Project Lifesaver, a free program that uses small wrist or ankle transmitters to help locate adults and children with cognitive conditions within 30 minutes—95% faster than usual methods; interested residents should call the Bethlehem Health Bureau or program coordinators to enroll.
