- ➤ Rios Brazilian Steakhouse, a beloved family-run restaurant known for its Brazilian churrascaria style, is moving from its 17-year-old Nazareth spot to a larger space at 64 Centre Square in Easton and is expected to open early August. The new location will maintain the same menu and staff while offering roughly 200 seats and an expanded bar area — features that will help serve more customers in the Lehigh Valley. WFMZ
